Laboratory equipment of the CRC research group

The group counts with equipment in order to carry out catalytic reactions in gas phase (fix bed reactors) and liquid phase (autoclaves). Likewise, it has got more innovative reactors, such as the inverse flow reactor. It also counts with several apparatus that allow the analysis of the reaction products, specially chromatographs, as much gas (GC-17A Gas chromatograph SHIMADZU, GCMS-QP2010 SHIMADZU, Hewlett Packard GC System) as liquid (Agilent Technologies1200 Series), with different sorts of detectors, included the mass spectrophotometer detector(Pfeiffer vacuum). As for as the characterization of materials, this is carried out in an apparatus for physisorption of nitrogen that measures surface areas BET (Micromeritics ASAP2020), or an apparatus for programmed temperature reaction TPD/TPR/TPO (Micromeritics Autochem 2910), a thermobalance (SENSYS TGA DCS SETARAM) and a differential scanning calorimeter DSC (DSC-50 SHIMADZU). On the other hand, the laboratory has got all necessary infrastructure for the preparation of samples (drying ovens, muffle furnaces, precision scales, etc).
